Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Youth Programs

Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal, refunds will be issued as store credit only, which can be applied toward future programs, leagues, or clinics at Prime Volleyball Academy.

Skills Clinics

No Refunds will be given, if you are unable to attend the program a credit may be given.

Open Gyms

No refunds will be given. If you are unable to participate a credit may be given.

High School Training Program

No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Store/account credit only will be provided for eligible cancellations or withdrawals requested prior to the start of the program.

Prime Camp's

No refunds - Only credit given

Club 26 - 27 Season

No refunds - Credit ONLY

Primes Mountain

No refunds may be given. In he event that a player cannot participate a credit may be applied to the account.
