Stacey Yates
Club Director and Founder
Stacey moved to Colorado in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the active and relaxed way of life. The climate is pretty perfect also! Her interest in volleyball started at a young age watching her parents play. After a successful high school volleyball career and many years of playing in various leagues she began coaching in 2014. Over the past 10 years she has coached club teams ranging from 12's - 18's and coached at two local high schools. After the club she joined in 2014 shut down she decided to continue her passion for training young players through what we now call Prime Volleyball Academy. Stacey can be found in gym almost every day checking in on coaches and players. Making sure they have everything they need to be successful is on the top of her priority list. She knows that Prime will continue to grow and support the young volleyball players in the North Denver suburbs for years to come.

Charlotte Franson
Team Mentor
Charlotte has loved and played the sport of volleyball since the 7th grade! Which make that 35 + years! She continues to play competitively as a setter on two adult leagues currently. She has coached now for over 10 years at different levels including many years at a local charter school and 7 years of club all between the ages of 15's to 17's. Most recently, she has had the honor of coaching 15's Black at Prime and watched her team accomplish moving up the ranks from 58th out of 60 teams to 22nd place by the end of the season including the opportunity to play in a Division 1 power which was super fun! Charlotte coaches because she believes for young women of this age group, you can learn very valuable life skills while also learning some great volleyball skills. Teamwork, grit and hard work can help you grow as a player and a person and persevering through a long season as a team builds character and teaches you lessons that you will need very early in their adult life. Charlotte loves coaching at Prime because of all the elements involved. As coaches, we collaborate together on a weekly basis to do what is best for our players. As trainers of the sport, we work with our partners at UNITE to build healthy bodies for all of our athletes and as an organization, we provide a second home and a safe place whenever it is needed during the challenging life of a young adult. She can't wait to coach the 17 National team next season!

Tammy Jackson
14 National Head Coach
Growing up I was a multi sport athlete. I played volleyball, basketball, soccer and ran track. I absolutely fell in love with volleyball!!
I haved coached volleyball for 8 years. 5 years as the head coach of a Jr high program, 2 years as a high school coach, both years as head JV coach and Varsity assistant and 1 year at Prime.
I am super passionate about coaching. To watching players come into practice on that first day and be completely overwhelmed to watching them grow and develop not only on the court but as human beings also is just amazing. Whether it's overcoming skill obstacles or life challenges. Being able to guide and support young athletes through this phase of their journey is a great honor.
Autumn Torrez

14 National Assistant Coach
Coach Autumn has been playing volleyball since she was 11. Throughout her time playing, she was a Varsity player for all four years at The Academy. Throughout club she was a team captain for most of her years playing and played in almost every position there was. She wants to share her love for the sport with each player, parent, and fellow coaches she meets.
As a coach, Autumn wants all her girls to feel like there is a sense of home whenever they come and go from Prime. Her main focus is to understand each players communication style, their needs, and who they want to become whether that is on or off the court. She values good relationships with her players, whether they are apart of her team or not. Coach Autumn will be going into her third year of coaching at Prime and her first year coaching at Arrupe Jesuit for JV. She looks forward to this upcoming season.
