Head Coach
Pay: Dependent on Experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 -2 years of volleyball coaching experience at the club or high school level
Passionate about the sport and training youth players to be the best athletes they can be
Ability to collaborate with other coaches on a regular basis
Be able to pass a USAV background screening, attend required training and complete required certifications
Responsibilities:
Run 2 practices a week November – April
Attend approximately 10 scheduled one day and multi-day tournaments from January – April
Be involved in regular training sessions with the coaching staff to create practice plans and share ideas
Ensure all athletes are training to their true potential and abiding by all club rules and policies.
Assistant Coach
Pay: Dependent on Experience
Qualifications:
1 year of volleyball coaching experience at youth, club, or high school preferred but not required
Passionate about the sport and training youth players to be the best athletes they can be
Be able to pass a USAV background screening, attend required training and complete required certifications
Responsibilities:
Assist the head coach 2 practices a week November – April
Attend approximately 10 scheduled one day and multi-day tournaments from January – April
Ensure all athletes are training to their true potential and abiding by all club rules and policies.
Have a desire to learn the art of coaching and further your knowledge of coaching in a club environment
Camp/Clinic Coach
Pay: Dependent on Experience
Qualifications:
1 year of volleyball coaching experience at youth, club or high school preferred but not required
College playing experience desired but not required.
Passionate about the sport and training youth players to be the best athletes they can be
Be able to pass a background screening, attend required training and complete required certifications
Responsibilities:
Lead monthly or weekly training sessions for youth athletes age 5 - 18.
Develop training programs to meet the needs of Prime athletes.
The schedule is flexible and will vary.
Junior Coach Program
Pay: Negotiable
Want to learn how to coach? This position is great for college students and young adults wanting to transition from player to coach.
Qualifications:
No experience required
College playing experience desired but not required.
Passionate about the sport and training youth players to be the best athletes they can be
Be able to pass a background screening, attend required training and complete required certifications
Responsibilities:
Shadow experienced coaches and learn the PRIME coaching philosophy.
Assist with youth (elementary/middle school) monthly camps, clinics and leagues.
Help run facility events to include tournaments, skills camps, and youth development programs.
